Since most of our products are made to order or customized as per client requirements, we do not accept cancellations once the production or processing of the order has begun. Each item involves significant preparation in terms of materials, design, and labor — which makes it difficult to cancel or modify after confirmation. We strongly encourage customers to review all details, including size, color, design, and finish, before finalizing the order.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations requested within this time frame may be accepted if production or dispatch has not started. After that, the order will be considered confirmed and non-cancellable.
In cases where cancellation is approved, any advance payment made will be refunded after deducting applicable processing or administrative charges, if any. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used, and the timeline may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
For customized or specially designed furniture, cancellations and refunds are not permitted under any circumstances, as these items are created specifically to your measurements, materials, and preferences. However, we remain committed to resolving any genuine issues and will assist you in finding a suitable solution where possible.
